2018 Funding Applications Open

Applications are open for United Way of Haldimand & Norfolk’s 2018 funding. Any non-profit organization operating in Haldimand or Norfolk County is eligible to apply. Funding is offered in one to three year terms.
UWHN works to better the lives of residents in Haldimand and Norfolk. Funding for these non-profit organizations is raised through the annual campaign.

“Everything we raise during the year goes directly to programs in Haldimand and Norfolk,” said UWHN Executive Director Brittany Burley. “Our 2017 campaign goal is $375,000. We’re almost there, but we still need the support of the community.”

Funding for programs is determined through an allocations committee made up entirely of volunteers from Haldimand and Norfolk. Anyone who is interested in being a part of this committee can contact Brittany for more information.

It is the goal of United Way to move people from poverty to possibility, to build healthy people and strong communities and to help kids be all that they can be. Every donation to United Way goes directly to programs that support these goals. And it is all made possible through the dedication and generosity of our community.
